The beverage list itself has been curated by world-renown Sommelier Dan Sims, and their team brings to life the stories behind the wine to enhance their experience. The food offering at Edwin is contemporary Australian, with a focus on local boutique producers, ranging from small plates, to sharing plates to main meals.
