Celebrating the diversity of their great Victorian state, Edwin's wine list celebrates the diversity of region, style and approach to wine making in Victoria. The beverage list itself has been curated by world-renown Sommelier Dan Sims, and their team brings to life the stories behind the wine to enhance their experience. The food offering at Edwin is contemporary Australian, with a focus on local boutique producers, ranging from small plates, to sharing plates to main meals.
