The whole boat accommodates up to 465 guests standing capacity. It is fully air-conditioned for comfort in summer or the cooler months, with a professional sound and lighting system for your enjoyment.

Large dance floor area and stair access down to restrooms and up to the second level and outer decks. Our professional and skilled crew include Captains, deckhands and wait staff along with a dedicated function manager.

Host rules

Rowdy or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. The Operator and the Vessel have a “Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy” that applies during the Charter. If behaviour falls outside the guidelines of this policy then the Cruise Director may, in conjunction with the Captain, do any of the following:
- Terminate the Charter by berthing the vessel at the nearest safe location and disembarking the passengers.
- Summon the police to remove offending passengers.
- Negotiate with the Charterer to agree on some other course of action to resolve the issue.
Any costs associated with the early termination of the Charter due to unruly or rowdy behaviour must be paid by the Charterer.
You must not bring any alcohol or illegal substances onto the vessel. We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the vessel or to require you to disembark from the vessel, including due to your intoxication or for the safety of other passengers or the vessel.

About The Cadman

Recently refurbished and rebranded the iconic John Cadman III has been reborn as a modern and chilled event space now known as The Cadman.

The Cadman is a huge vessel, ideal for large functions and events. It comprises of two restaurant decks and two bars, an open-top deck and cocktail deck at the rear. The Cadman's unique layout also accommodates smaller groups in intimate settings with dining areas for groups of 100 up to 300.

The Cadman features a large dance floor with disco lighting, galley, air conditioning, and a powerful sound system.

Depending on the occasion The Cadman can seat varying numbers of people; for sight-seeing or standing 400 pax, for cocktail 320, seating at tables with a buffet 300 and seating at tables with an a la carte menu 280.
