Nestled amongst the streets of Barangaroo is 12-Micron’s newly-developed, unique and dedicated, function and event space – Watermans Room.
Watermans Room is located at the northern end of the waterfront and features complete glass frontage, a private balcony with breathtaking views of Sydney’s harbour, a spacious interior and a relaxed yet sophisticated aesthetic.
The Watermans Room concept was established to create an opportunity where the contemporary Australian ethos of the 12-Micron restaurant could align with large scale events of all varieties. The main objective behind Watermans Room, is to provide a unique space to host tailored and exquisite experiences.

• Chef’s selection of canapés for 30 minutes on arrival
• 3-course premium banquet menu
• Your selection of two side dishes served with main course
• 5-hour beverage package including sparkling, red & white wine, beers, soft drinks & juice, tea & coffee
• Complimentary cutting & serving of the wedding cake on platters
• Professional wedding DJ - with hand-held microphone for speeches OR; $500 credit towards lighting or photo booth
• Venue tables, crockery, cutlery, glassware & choice of white, black, stone or charcoal napery
• Cake table, gift table, easel for welcome sign & wishing well
• Venue’s modern centrepieces, candle and banquet setup with choice of white, black or stone linen (additional cost incurred for stone linen)
• Placement of menus, place cards & wedding favours, provided by the couple
• Option for the couple to provide one bottle of spirits per 30 guests to be served from behind the bar (no corkage fee)
• Professional wait staff & function supervisor
• Dedicated bar, restrooms and private entry via elevators

About 12-Micron
12-Micron is a waterfront Barangaroo, Sydney event venue that can host business events, school formals, weddings and more for up to 350 people cocktail style.

On level two of one of Sydney’s tallest towers, right on the stunning Barangaroo waterfront, you’ll find four curated spaces built for hosting showstopping events. With audio-visual facilities, private balconies, a professional chef and bartenders - 12-Micron is the perfect space for weddings, school formals and business functions.
Designed by renowned design duo Kirsten Stanisich and Jonathan Richards, 12-Micron uses high-end materials and a considered colour palette to complement magnificent sea views. Every detail is on point, from the plum, green and blue colour palette that captures the feel of Sydney, to the premium materials like textured leather and cobblestone flooring. Full catering and bar service are available for events should you need them.
We offer a variety of packages from Conferences to Weddings! Pricing is subject to the type of event, venue space & date of event.
