About this space
The Tilbury Room 2 is located on our upper level and situated at the top of the internal staircase, perfect for groups of up to 40 guests in a mixture of sitting and standing room. The space boasts dark woods, comfortable lounges, an open fireplace and a small smoking approved balcony.
This semi-private space shares a curtain wall with Room 1. The curtain can be removed to create one extra large space for up to 80 guests (at an extra cost).
Please note, this space is strictly for guests over the age of 18 only.

- Underaged guests permitted within our ground floor locations only. Upper level over 18s only, at all times
- Food & beverage provided by Tilbury Hotel directly. Celebration cakes are only external catering permitted
- No confetti. Decorations must NOT be attached to the venue in any way
- External entertainment and supplier are prohibited unless approval is granted from venue
