Spice Trader is Sydney’s latest cocktail bar, paying homage to a bygone era of merchant traders. A stylish late night rendezvous with an unforgettable bar and artisanal cocktails with the allure of the new and exotic.
Mysterious, playful and inviting. Boasting luxe interior design features, Spice Trader celebrates the grand merchant history of the heritage listed Porter House building, drawing on stories of The Spice Trail. This space has a maximum capacity of 110 guests.

Spice Trader Bar is open Thursday - Saturday from 5:00pm until late, however is available for private events all day of the week, all hours. Reach out and speak to us today to book a section of the venue for your group or discuss exclusive hire.

Packages include food and drinks which all goes towards the min spend.
