Cafe Royale is a distinctive venue offering a boutique meeting space amidst exquisite furnishings and casual seating areas perfect for small meetings and breakout meeting spaces.
Open daily for light refreshments and beverages including a selection of barista coffees and teas as well as variety of beers, wines and spirits - Cafe Royale is a perfect venue for Devonshire tea gatherings, Royal Albert High Tea or pre dinner drinks enjoy a light snack menu or an tapas menu.
Cafe Royale also transforms into boardroom meeting setting offering intimate settings with direct access to our barista cafe.

• Minimum numbers apply for ballroom hire dependent on function
• Use of the Ballroom must cease by 9pm. Extended use is possible, subject to management approval
• Bar fixtures and equipment cannot not be removed
• 1 week notice prior to the conference is required for stage to be removed from the ballroom.
• The function and accommodation spaces are not held until the deposit has been made.
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Should the initial non- refundable deposit not be received within 5 days confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel all arrangements including tentative accommodation and meeting facilities being held.

Set on the ground floor, our magnificent Grand Ballroom serves as an exceptional conference venue for groups of all sizes, and comes complete with state-of-the-art facilities and a superior selection in our Deluxe Banquet Menu that can be tailored to suit any bespoke event.
Delegates can enjoy sumptuous morning and afternoon tea in the relaxing Cafe Royale Lounge, and lunch and dinner are served in Gazelles – our beautiful restaurant on the lower ground floor, where the property’s original restaurant was first installed over 75 years ago.
The ballroom can be configured to meet your arequirements and our Guest Services Team will work closely with you to ensure your conference is a success from start to finish.
We also have access to some of the most exhilarating Team Building activities that take in some of the region’s most unique offerings, including an exploration of Jenolan Caves, a visit to the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, a trip on the Explorer Bus, a chocolate-making experience at Josophan’s Fine Chocolates, a bush-survival course or a day spent on mountain tales walk, abseiling, rock climbing or hiking deep into the mountains or viewing the heavenly wonders via unique star gazing experience
