About this space
Aniello Bortone and Reth, chefs, and proprietors, have collaborated on a number of Sydney's most well-known restaurants during the past ten years.
Nello, who is from the small town of Aversa near Naples, learned to love cuisine by growing up seeing his family prepare classic Neapolitan recipes.
He shares the kitchen with Reth, a chef who serves as the company's face and is committed to providing excellent customer service and premium ingredients. The dynamic couple are a true testament to what it means to live and breathe traditional Italian cuisine.
