Experience Four Hundred's vibrant fusion of Tulum-style interiors and modern sophistication by having the opportunity to exclusively hire the whole venue for your next event. Equipped with two bars and four bespoke spaces including an outdoor terrace, Four Hundred is the perfect destination for any events ranging from corporate gatherings to private celebrations.
The venue is equipped with AV facilities suitable to presentation, speeches, bands and DJ available at no extra cost.
Located on the Rooftop of the Greenwood Plaza, Four Hundred is only a few meters away from North Sydney's train station and major bus stops. The venue also offers free parking after 4pm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ENTERTAINMENT (EXCLUSIVE HIRE)
Four Hundred’s resident DJs will happily entertain you and your guests. Prices may vary and are at your own cost. Alternatively, we welcome you to invite your own DJ, who will have full access to our equipment. Microphone free of charge, DJ Equipment Hire $100. Live music and bands are permitted. Bands must supply all their own equipment, and performance is only suitable when a function has exclusive use of the area. Any extra audio-visual equipment will be at the client’s cost, unless prior arrangement has been made. All equipment must be returned in the same condition at the end of a function or an extra fee will be charged. Any additional equipment required for your event can be organised with our events team, additional costs may apply.
SECURITY
Professional security guards are present from Thursday to Saturday. Depending on the nature of the event Four Hundred may require you to have additional security presence. Please note that you can also request additional security guards or door hosts provided by Four Hundred. This may come at an additional cost to the client.
PARKING
Off street parking available, please enquire for more info. Free parking available at the Greenwood Plaza Wilsons Carpark after 4pm upon validation of ticket by a staff member.
BIRTHDAYS
A minimum of $30pp food spend is required for 21st Birthdays. Four Hundred is unable to host 18th, 19th and 20th Birthday celebrations.
