About this space

Exclusive use of Bustle Studios, including the Living Room & The Balcony Room, The Garden Room, Lé Grand Bureau, Lé Petit Bureau, kitchen, outdoor terrace and two bathrooms.

Please note, there is a mail alcove halfway up the first flight of stairs and some of our business customers may come to pick-up their mail, but they do not access the main parts of the studio.

Our beautiful and quirky studio is perfect for filming and photoshoots, team offsites, product launches and small events like baby showers and bridal showers. PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER ALLOW LARGE EVENTS SUCH AS BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ENGAGEMENTS, WEDDINGS AND BUCKS PARTIES.

Our studio rooms are available 7 days a week. The day session runs from 7am til 5pm (6PM ON FRI & SAT) and the evening session (N/A ON FRI & SAT NIGHTS) from 5.30pm til 10pm.

To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self Service. If this is not suitable for you we offer Full Service for an extra $150 per day or evening session.

BYO food and drinks: If you are bringing in food and drinks there is a $150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond.

A fully vaccinated staff member will meet you at the studio at a time convenient for you and return after you leave, to tidy up. Please note, they will not be on-site throughout the whole session. If you need on-site support throughout the entire session please contact us for a quote.

They will let you into the studio and set-up the room in your desired configuration including chilled water and glasses on the table.

Assist you to connect to the wifi, TV and air-con.

The staff member will also tidy up the room and kitchen after you leave, including washing up dishes and placing rubbish in the rubbish bins.

After hours special rates from Sun-Thur 5.30pm - 10pm: special conditions apply, please contact us for full details.

About Bustle Studios

Bustle Studios is a unique office space, perfect for small events like workshops, team meetings, networking, team building, baby/bridal showers and photo shoots. We no longer host large gatherings like birthday/bucks parties.

We are predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable we offer full service for an extra $150, details below.

We’re located in a heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks in storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a corporate space then we recommend Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, then we’d love to have you. Dog friendly.

Access via stairs, so we may not be suitable for guests.
