General Rules:
Reservation Requirements: All VVIP Booths must be pre-booked with a prepaid table reservation and a minimum spend.
Guest Limit: Each VVIP Booth has a maximum guest capacity. Please adhere to this limit to ensure comfort and safety.
Arrival Time: Guests are expected to arrive at their reserved time. Reservations may be forfeited if guests are significantly late without prior notice.
Dress Code: A smart-casual dress code applies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire.
Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the booth or property. Please maintain the cleanliness of the space.
Belongings: The Maya Lounge is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Compliance:
ID Verification: All guests must present a valid ID upon entry. Guests must be 18 years or older to enter and consume alcohol.
Intoxication: Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying signs of intoxication. Guests who are overly intoxicated may be asked to leave the premises.
Drink Limits: To ensure responsible consumption, there may be limits on the number of drinks served per person within a specified timeframe.
No BYO Alcohol: Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol. All beverages must be purchased from The Maya Lounge.
Serving Hours: Alcohol will only be served during licensed hours. The bar will close 30 minutes before the end of the event to allow for a safe departure.
RSA Training: All staff are RSA certified and trained to handle situations involving alcohol responsibly.
