PARKING
There are TWO (2) allocated parking spots directly in front of the studio with visitor parking directly across, and street parking directly outside and across the road to our complex.
It is your responsibility as the studio hirer to ensure both yourself and your team/guests DO NOT PARK in any car spaces which are not listed above (during weekdays) as each unit within the complex have their own allocated parking.
Please be sure to communicate this with everyone who will be attending the studio PRIOR to your allocated booking time.
MUSIC
Please be mindful of the neighbouring businesses when it comes to playing loud music during business hours. You are more than welcome to utilise our incredible bluetooth speaker, but please do not have music playing excessively loud.
If you have a booking which is at a time outside of normal business hours or on a weekend, then it will not be an issue due to our studio being located in an industrial area.
REARRANGEMENT OF ITEMS
All furniture, plants and mirrors can be moved around to suit your desired set up however please be sure to LIFT items or utilise the furniture dollies located beneath the staircase as to avoid marking the floors.
Please also ensure that all items are returned to their original positions prior to leaving the studio. By booking, you agree to be held responsible for any damage caused during your hire period, with any such damage resulting in additional charges.
