SHELBOURNE HOTEL EXCLUSIVE
Guests will arrive through the newly renovated Market Street Garden which features a lush vertical garden wall, cosy cabana booths, oversized pot plant tables and plenty of distressed rustic garden seating under the comfort of a weather-proof awning covering 70% of the outdoor space. This naturally becomes the hub of activity for all large events. The interiors offer relaxed lounge areas, a generous dancefloor with DJ booth and communal bench tables encouraging groups to be social as they share food and drinks.
The LinQ Bar on level 2 is a fresh leafy space with water views. The room is set with whitewashed timber furniture, French lounges and fiddle leaf fig trees that draw the urban garden styling upstairs for a relaxed contemporary setting. As a smaller space, this room works well as a chill out zone or cocktail bar, where people gather to chat and relax away from the dance floor. This room can also be utilized for niche entertainment or broadcast music or speeches from below.
The Rooftop Sydney, on level 3 is our brand new Hamptons inspired rooftop bar with a retractable roof and glass frontage framing views over Darling Harbour. Guests love the beautiful new urban alfresco space, which is still fully functional in poor weather due to the retractable roof shutters providing weather contingency.
FACILIITIES:
• 3 private bars including rooftop.
• 3 sets of male & female bathrooms, 1 disable bathroom.
• 3 dance floors (optional with ability to offer the same music or different options on each level).
• AV provisions include 2 cordless microphones, HD projector & screen and TVs on each level. In-house background music available FOC, or ability to host a band or DJ (at additional cost).
• Weather contingency: Ground floor outdoor area with 70% covered space. Rooftop Bar can be covered and used as fully enclosed room.
• Service lift and flat level access. Designated smoking area available.
• Capacity for up to 1050 guests.
