- A walk through of the space before your first hire is mandatory.
- Outside catering allowed.
- Any rubbish is to be removed at the end of your hire - no waste disposal will be provided.
- Cleaning fees will be charged onto if the studio isn't left in perfect condition after the hire.

It's a calm oasis above the busyness of the city, full of plants and simplicity styled beautifully. Perfect for filming, photography as well as wellness events.
Ample space for 30-35 people to practice Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Sound healing and private parties. Equiped with props for 30 people, lockers to safeguard people's belongings and a full bathroom and outdoor sun balcony.
Lots of 2hr street parking available in the surrounding streets and great access to the tram & bus lines.
