We hired Oak the studio for my daughters baby shower. It was a lovely blank canvas for us to deck out exactly how we wanted. The host let us drop some things off the evening before which was really kind of her. It was a spacious area for 40 guests
The venue does not have any kitchen facilities. Also there is no air conditioning at the premises so it made for a very humid afternoon.
