Our 20-seater limo bus, which includes the driver, is designed for comfort and style, featuring plush black luxury limo-style seats. The windows are wrapped, offering complete privacy by ensuring no visibility from either the inside or outside. To enhance the atmosphere, the bus is equipped with multi-laser lights, LED flashing party lights, and an extremely loud DJ LD speaker, perfect for creating an exciting party environment. You can easily connect your music through the aux cable or Bluetooth connectivity, allowing for a personalized sound experience.
The bus is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and comfortable ride, and includes four USB ports for charging your devices on the go. For entertainment, there’s an Android DVD player with access to YouTube. The bus also offers a mini bar and a large bin for convenience. Upon request, we provide a tub esky and a bag of ice for drinks, free of charge, but only for return trips or drive-arounds.

Host rules
The security/bond payment is non-refundable for any cancellations. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will incur a charge of 50% of the full payment on the nominated account.
If you do not receive a confirmation text message with driver details the day before the booking, please contact us before 8 pm to obtain the driver’s name and number.
Passengers must be ready 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If passengers are not ready when the bus arrives, the driver may not be able to wait due to other bookings, and no refund will be provided.
In the event of a bus breakdown, Party Buses Sydney will attempt to send a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If a replacement is not possible, a refund for the trip will be provided, but additional costs incurred will not be covered.
Party Buses Sydney is not liable for compensations due to delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, strikes, etc.
We are not accountable for delays caused by accidents, roadworks, or peak hour traffic. Please consider travel time, as our buses are larger vehicles and require extra time to reach the destination.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all our buses as per state laws. Non-compliance will result in removal from the bus without refund.
Drinking alcohol on the buses is permitted, but passengers must be over 18 and have valid identification. Glass containers are not allowed for safety reasons.
Food or snacks are not allowed on the buses. The driver may request removal if passengers bring any onboard.
Passengers travel at their own risk, and seatbelts must be worn throughout the trip in buses equipped with them.
