Studio 2 (11.5m x 10.5m) is a bit smaller than Studio 1, and can accommodate up to 100 participants. It also has a sprung 'Harlequin' dance floor, mirrors with curtains, a stereo system and speakers, ballet barres, and air conditioning.

The Renter agrees to use only the studio agreed upon in this contract and not any other available studio unless an alternate agreement has been made with the Hirer.
The Renter agrees to use the rented studio/s solely for the agreed activities and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The actual studio hired will be available to the Renter for the agreed times. The Renter may utilise the public areas of the building in the 15mins prior to and after the specified times.
The Renter must supply proof of their own Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least $10 million and shall be responsible for any persons they allow to access the APAC building during their hire time.
The Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Hirer's property during the rental period.
The Renter shall leave the studio/s in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the rental period.
At the completion of the hire period the Renter must ensure that: 1. Air Conditioners in the hired studio/s are turned off. 2. Power point's in the hired studio/s are switched off.
If the Renter is the last person to exit the building, the Renter must also ensure that: 1. All lights are turned off and 2. The external doors to the building are securely locked.
If using the Key Safe to access the building, any keys must be returned to the Key Safe at the end of the hire period.

Australian Performing Arts College (APAC) offers a space that can be utilized for rehearsal, video shoot, photoshoot, recording, or dance class and workshop. APAC suits performing artists, dancers, and singers to access an inspiring and professional space with its industry-level facilities.
APAC has six specially designed dance studios, each aimed at offering the best possible training and rehearsal facility. The studios have sprung dance floors to minimize impact, keeping dancers comfortable and safe. Full-length mirrors are available for technical precision and detailed choreography, complemented by barres for ballet practice, stretching, and warm-ups. Spacious designs provide space for solo performers and masses, allowing for accommodating different styles of dance and activities.
For singers and artists, APAC has a well-stocked singing and recording studio with a PA system for great sound quality for rehearsing and recording. Microphones and keyboards, which are the singer's tools, vocal coaches' tools, and music producers' tools, can be found in the studio. Recording equipment is present to enable artists to produce and perfect their work in a professional environment. Whether rehearsing for the stage or holding music and vocal workshops, our studios are the perfect environment for everything vocal and music-related.
