Staff are excellent and friendly, also very supportive.
Truly a stunning location built in an age where timeless quality still matterred.
Everything is a little too good quality, you feel like you need to tiptoe to make sure nothing gets damaged haha. Not really a negative, but yes, something to be mindful of.
