Ploós Restaurant is perfectly situated on the picturesque foreshore of Sydney Harbour, at Bay 7, and housed within the iconic heritage-listed Campbell’s Stores at Campbell’s Cove, The Rocks. Award-winning restaurateur and Executive Chef, Peter Conistis creates a menu that celebrates all that is Mediterranean cuisine with Aegean, Cretan, and Cypriot influences and flavours which is Ploós. Peter began his career in 1991 with his restaurant Cosmos and has gone on to receive accolades.
