Host rules
- The studio hire is only for downstairs and no attendees are permitted upstairs.
- The small soft box lights are available to use as part of the hire. There is an additional cost to use the large photography lights (please let us know if you need these)
- There is a toilet/change room and kitchen
- There is surveillance of the studio for safety purposes.
Important notes about Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or (one) rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
- Failure to do so will result in the booking being forfeited with no refund.
- The payment to secure your booking is non-refundable unless you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start time. In this case, we will issue a refund for 50% of the booking which will be processed within 7 days.

Flexibility is key at Studio463, as we understand that each client's vision is unique. We have the ability to adapt the space to suit specific requirements, whether it's arranging furniture, adjusting lighting setups, or creating custom sets.
To ensure a seamless and convenient experience, we provide a host of amenities designed to meet all your needs such as a full kitchen and changing area.
Equipped with a wide range of photography equipment, you can select 1 x colour backdrop to use and any additional backdrops and other high quality studio lights and canon cameras at an additional cost to enhance your shoots.
The availability of several LSD cameras ensures the highest quality images, capturing every detail with precision and clarity.
We can provide a photographer at an extra cost if needed. If you have any specific requirements, please do not hesitate to inquire to see if we can accommodate.
