Blacklight Studios - Brisbane Photo Studio

Conveniently situated just 5 minutes away from Brisbane Airport and 10km from Brisbane CBD, Black Light Studios presents a state-of-the-art photography studio.

The studio features a spacious corner cyclorama measuring 6m wide, 6m deep, and 3.5m high, providing the perfect setting for capturing seamless, stunning images.

Equipped with professional lighting gear, including a 5-foot Profoto Octa and a Profoto D2 1000 moonlight mounted on sturdy stands, along with a range of other essential equipment such as C-stands and a Sonos sound system, everything you need is included in the studio hire. Additional equipment can be arranged as per your requirements through our booking page.

The studio also offers a separate shooting area with a grey cement wall, backdrop stands with various colored paper rolls, and hand-painted backdrops available for hire. Assorted stools, bentwood chairs, and plinths are provided as well.

Comfort is a priority at our studio, which is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring a pleasant environment for your shoots. We have a dedicated hair and makeup station, clothing rack, steamer, toilets, and even a shower, so you have all the amenities you need in one convenient location.

To keep you energized throughout your shoot, we have a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, there are nearby options like Zarraffa's Coffee and Ampol Foodary, just across the road. Parking is ample, with three on-site car parks and five guest car parks available, along with additional parking options nearby.

Glenn Hunt, a highly experienced photographer with 36 years in the industry, is the resident photographer and owner of Black Light Studios. He is more than happy to assist you with your studio requirements, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
