Fantastic open, airy and creative space. It was perfect for our working group of 12 but you could definitely host more people comfortably in the space. Hellen was lovely, very helpful. I recommend this venue.

The whole space itself was so versatile and Hellen was very prompt in response with any query and request I had. I will certainly be using it again in the future for any event now I have in mind. It was an easy process in booking and the space being so versatile has so much to offer to any occasion ine can think of.

About San Telmo Studio

New York style loft warehouse with white walls and rough timber floors, paper rolls and polyboards available, large barn doors for fresh air but Air-con available, props to use, an old school oasis hidden in inner Sydney.

Used for Meetings and Workshops, Gallery space, Exhibitions, Brainstorming sessions, Rehearsals, Photography, film and casting events.

Events must be finished and departed by 10.30pm on Fri/Sat evenings and 10pm throughout weekdays.

FAQ

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
