Great venue with incredible atmosphere. Staff did a great job with our event. We will be back in the future.
Multiple points of communication contact (booking agent, then hand over to venue, then moving it round between several staff to cover leave) was frustrating. We will use this venue again but we will be better prepared at working with this style of communication

The event producers were all very friendly and efficient and I enjoyed working with them. The venue is fantastic and was a great place to showcase Melbourne.
The AV was expensive and the although the techs on the day who supported the event were fantastic and we were happy with the end result the AV manager was at times difficult to work with in terms of their communication style. That said, they were happy to accomodate site visits etc prior to the event which I thought was very helpful. So I think it’s essential to have a clear vision of what you need from the beginning to negotiate best terms.
