I love the professionalism of the staff in organizing my event prior to the day. They made it so smooth and answered all my questions and we had a clear understanding of schedule and expectations.
On the day, the event venue was perfect - all the descriptions and photographs don't do the the location it's full justice...the vibe in person was wonderful! I also loved the option of drinks and food menu - great for a large group with many dietary needs! The serving staff were amazing, attentive and on the ball for serving constantly a large group of people!

The venue is in a great location. No venue hire or minimum spend required which is great for a small group looking for a venue.
Leela was extremely helpful in the booking process.
Food, music and atmosphere were all great. Would highly recommend.
Upon arrival, no staff greeted up. When I advised who we were and that we had a booking, one particular bar staff had no clue what I was trying to tell her - that we had a booking. We helped ourselves to the space we reserved (our names were on a sign - lovely touch) and a second staff member came over and said " sorry this space is reserved" - Once I explained it was reserved for us and that I had tried to tell another staff member there were no issues.
The food itself was great - good amount and very tasty. However, we did ask if they could leave some trays of food on tables, we were told this wasn't possible. Whilst I appreciate we paid for staff to serve the food and you have certain procedures, it would have made everyone's night easier if the just dropped a few trays off for people to graze throughout the event.
Overall, this feedback takes nothing away from the venue and event - it was well received and we will be back :)
