The entrance to the Underground Carpark was tricky. I had to enter the emergency door with the Fob and then open the gate from inside, and then enter in my car. This needs to be explained clearer, However host was responsive straight away when I rang

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
