Awesome venue. Hosted a football Windup presentation night for 70 people. Rose and Ryan were super prompt and so helpful. Lovely venue- so spacious and beautifully presented

An absolute gem of a location. Used this space for a low key hens night paint and sip. The space was amazing for what we wanted. Rose was very easy and informative to contact. I've already got plans in place to potentially use this space, I love it that much. If you're looking for a very versatile studio this is it.

Enclave is a versatile creative space ready to host your next function or just about anything, really.

Situated just outside the CBD, it offers 200 sqm of floor space, 4.5m high ceilings, an industrial warehouse aesthetic with modern finishes, and plenty of plants.

Equipped for celebrations of all kinds, dinners, workshops, exhibitions, content creation and photography.

FAQ

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
