About this space
Open Space for an Open Mind
Previously a garage owned by a beloved community member, this space has been transformed to further serve the community in a new way! Let your imagination run free with ideas for the space.
Can be used for events, photo shoots, rehearsals, workshops, fitness classes, etc.
Space can be empty and open, or filled with chairs or equipment. The studio also has a garage door that can be opened up to let in natural light.
The workspace in front has floor to ceiling windows, and an intimate art gallery leading into space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

General Rules
- No smoking inside the facility
- Any garbage generated during the session has to be taken by the client at the end of the session. Failure to comply will result in additional charges
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are two-way 4K security cameras that cover every square foot of Sandbox Studios.
From the parking and throughout the entire building, we have your security covered. Along with our own internal security system, we also have 24-hour commercial security monitoring with an available security guard upon any alarm.
There are no cameras in the restroom, of course.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Sandbox Studios is an accessible, creative space to cultivate, develop, and empower Canadian creatives.
The name “Sandbox” is meant to be reminiscent of how children play in sandboxes, referencing their uninhibited spirit of creativity, discovery, and expression.
With our audio recording and cyclorama studio the creative opportunities are endless.
