RULES:
-Maximum capacity is 30 people. No exceptions
-Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500.
-Alcohol consumption must be moderate, (this is not a place to get drunk)
-NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio.
-NO sparks or flammable objects.
-NO glitter or confetti
-NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces
-NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls
-All activity must be contained within the unit
-Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14 days prior to your booking date
-All items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
CLEANING / DAMAGES:
Although we charge a cleaning fee, we appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
