The Big Room (504 sq ft) is a spacious main dance floor featuring mirrored walls and professional-grade flooring, perfect for dance classes, rehearsals, and fitness activities. Alongside the main space, there’s a Change Room (60.5 sq ft), offering guests privacy and convenience to freshen up or change, as well as a Kitchen (92.5 sq ft), fully equipped for catering, meal preparation, or serving refreshments during events.
This versatile venue is ideal for dance rehearsals, workshops, private lessons, yoga and fitness classes, as well as intimate events like birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings, and small seminars or team-building sessions. The space can be easily rearranged to suit a variety of group sizes and event types.
Facilities include two JBL Pulse 4 Bluetooth speakers for music, and refreshments such as water, soft drinks, and snacks are available for purchase on-site. 1. Indoor Shoes Only
To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of our studio floors, please wear indoor shoes or dance shoes while in the studio. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the dance floor.
2. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
There is no smoking or weed permitted inside the building. This includes the studio, hallway, and any enclosed spaces. Consumption of alcohol is not allowed unless pre-approved for special events.
3. Room Setup and Cleanup
Please arrange the space to suit your event needs; however, any items or furniture that are moved must be returned to their original positions before leaving. Clean up after your event by disposing of trash in the designated bins. Trash bags are available for use.
4. Noise Level
Please be considerate of others. Volume levels should be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighboring tenants. The JBL Pulse 4 Bluetooth speaker should be used responsibly to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
5. Food and Drink
Refreshments such as water, soft drinks, and ice cream are available for purchase on-site. Please use the coin box to pay for any items consumed. If you plan to bring food or catering for your event, please notify us in advance to ensure proper arrangements are made. No food or drinks are allowed on the dance floor to maintain cleanliness.
6. Event Duration
Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please adhere to the agreed-upon rental times to avoid disrupting subsequent events.
7. Security After Hours
For events ending after 9 PM, the main entrance door must be locked once the event has concluded. Please ensure the door is properly secured before leaving.
8. Liability
Responsibility for Guests: You are responsible for the actions and behavior of your guests. Any damage caused to the space, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the renter. Lost or Damaged Items: Anco Dance Studio is not liable for any personal belongings left unattended or lost during your rental.
