Also included in your rental, a 600sqft Boardroom & Outdoor Patio Area w shared Kitchen & two bathrooms.
Please note the rate listed is for FILM SHOOTS ONLY in the audio recording space. If you wish to shoot in the Boardroom you must select the Shoot In The Boardroom add on. Entry is limited to the front door. Please see our film studio listing if you need additional staging and load in access.
In order to book this space for audio recording you must select the Sound Engineer add on. Rates may vary depending on your project.
