About Arta Gallery
Arta Gallery is nestled in the heart of Toronto’s Historic Distillery District. This important cultural and artistic center in Toronto has been home to Arta since it was established in 2003. With an outstanding vision to promote art in our daily lives and make many talented artists accessible to the Toronto community, Arta Gallery offers an impressive collection of contemporary work by both Canadian and international artists.
Under the leadership of Director, Fay Athari, Arta Gallery underwent a major expansion in June 2008. By creating a larger space to display professional commercial art for collectors, artists, and the public, the gallery is now a fully operational event space, giving weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events a unique backdrop and a way to promote art to a larger and varied audience.
Arta Gallery is proud to have been a part of the Distillery District since it opened in 2003 and continues to thrive in its unique ambiance and culture.
We take immense pride in offering a venue that stands out for its customer-centric approach. Unlike many other venues, we are delighted to inform you that we do not impose any corkage fee. This means you have the freedom to bring your own alcoholic beverages, allowing you to personalize your event and create an experience tailored to your preferences. Additionally, we believe in providing a hassle-free and transparent experience, which is why we have eliminated the concept of a minimum spend requirement. Our focus is solely on ensuring that you and your guests have an unforgettable time, with the flexibility to enjoy your event to the fullest.
