Rules of the space:
- Access card is required past 7 pm on weekdays and on weekends.
- Loud music is not allowed, background music is allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Please submit a permit prior to the event if you’re serving alcohol.
- Fee may be applicable in case of damages.

Host rules
1. Access cards are required after 7 PM Mon-Fri and on weekends. The access card (one) will be provided by us.
2. Any damage to the equipment will be charged accordingly.
3. Building access code will be provided upon the booking confirmation.
4. No loud music allowed.
5. No drugs allowed.
6. No harassment of any kind is allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
