About this space
Popular studio and event space established in 2015! 6000sq/ft of indoor venue, and 3000sq/ft private-access walk-out rooftop included. Big beautiful vintage windows, daytime studio lighting as well as intimate evening lighting with controllable colours and dimmable functions... As pictured in our photo section, the space is fully furnished with large modern leather sofa's, an amazing tropical plant collection, lots of different tables (both standing height and standard seating height available as needed) as well as additional seating etc.
Studio Features:
-Staff that are there to greet renters upon arrival and help get quickly settled in with the space, we then exit to give you privacy but are on-call for any accommodational assistance when needed
-Situated right downtown on John Street between Richmond and Adelaide (near the subway too!), with large public pay parking immediately located on both sides of the building!

-13 different coloured seamless *paper backdrops (white, black, medium blue, grey, olive, beige, yellow, green, pink, purple, red, orange, and brown) *separately charged at $5 per foot to cover the cost of replacement

✖︎ PLEASE NOTE:
- Event rentals are preferred "RSVP" attendee's only. Clients must confirm their maximum number of guests prior to booking confirmation.
- The space has a professionally installed ceiling-mounted sound system with bluetooth connectivity, to stream your phone or tablets music playlist, included at no extra charge! :)
- We do also allow personal entertainment such as musicians and/or DJ's, however this option must be submitted for approval prior to booking, and is subject to the separate $500 fee. Clients bringing any DJ or live performance with their own speakers and audio equipment must detail these when requesting the booking.
✖︎ RULES ARE FAIRLY SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW:
1. No smoking indoors. The rooftop is incredible, and the perfect place to do so :)
2. Keep the entrance doors closed at all times. No loitering at the street entrance by attendee's at any time.
3. The space cannot be left unattended at any time. No strangers are to be tolerated in the space either, and clients should immediately reach out to management for any issues.
4. We love costume and decoration and welcome all! However clients booking the space are responsible to ensure the space is not tarnished or left in need to clean from any specialized items such as glitter, baby oil, or shimmer, paint, make-ups, etc!
✖︎ CLEANING:
- Clients are responsible to maintain and/or return the space to the same clean organised state it was found upon arrival. We take security deposits for a reason. Zero tolerance for accidents due to ignorance or neglect. Clients are of course responsible for their attendee's as well. Any items needed for washrooms, cleaning requirements, etc are provided by the space at no extra charge, so plan and maintain as needed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
