Popular studio and event space of 6000sq/ft indoor, and 3000sq/ft private access rooftop included. Big beautiful vintage windows, bright work-lighting as well as intimate dimmable lighting. Complete custom configuration of the space also with coloured lights for up-lighting walls, furniture/decor, incredible for taking photos professionally or casually, the value of our space can't be compared honestly... :)

-Currently, we have 15 different colored seamless *paper backdrops (white, black, medium blue, grey, olive, beige, yellow, green, pink, purple, red, orange, and brown) ***$5 CHARGE PER FOOT*** for whatever amount is on the floor being stepped on or marked from usage which requires cutting off...

✖︎ PLEASE NOTE:
- Event rentals currently in 2022 must be RSVP attendee's only. Clients must confirm their guestlist prior to booking confirmation.
- We do allow personal entertainment such as musicians and/or DJ's, however this option must be submitted for approval prior to booking. Clients bringing your own speakers and whatnot must detail this when requesting the booking, and the space already has a speaker system included with every rental. The space doesn't have set volume restrictions, however we do not tolerate ignorance or disrespect to the space or the neighbourhood, therefor we welcome that these sorts of details are to be transparently shared such that we can quickly establish mutual agreement of such entertainment items.
✖︎ RULES ARE FAIRLY SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW:
1. No smoking indoors. The rooftop is incredible, and the perfect place to do so :)
2. Keep the entrance doors closed at all times. No loitering at the street entrance by attendee's at any time.
3. The space cannot be left unattended at any time. No strangers are to be tolerated in the space either, and clients should immediately reach out to management for any issues.
4. We love costume and decoration and welcome all! However clients booking the space are responsible to ensure the space is not tarnished or left in need to clean from any specialized items such as glitter, baby oil, or shimmer, paint, make-ups, etc!
✖︎ CLEANING:
- Clients are responsible to maintain and/or return the space to the same clean organised state it was found upon arrival. We take security deposits for a reason. Zero tolerance for accidents due to ignorance or neglect. Clients are of course responsible for their attendee's as well. Any items needed for washrooms, cleaning requirements, etc are provided by the space at no extra charge, so plan and maintain as needed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

2000sq/ft production studio and event space with locking privacy, 100-year-old character, and factory windows. Furnished with modern couches and decor, and a borderline obsessive tropical plant collection... ;) We have many types and sizes of tables, chairs, furniture & decor, professional photography lighting, video lighting, event space mood lighting... We have it all and are the most popular rental space in Toronto for a reason!
The number one performing listing in Toronto, with countless photography clients ($50 hourly), a renowned film production location ($100 hourly) for movie and television scenes, and commercials, and an extremely popular and versatile location for music videos and other creative visual content for artists. And of course an infamous private event space for over 7 years having hosted hundreds of birthdays, engagements, weddings, product launches, release parties, conferences/seminars/meetings, you name it and we've done it.
**PLZ NOTE - event rentals (typically starting from $100/hour) are individually determined on a simple and transparently shared formula, based on their unique production details; hours on-site, several attendees, food & beverage requirements, monetizations of attendance or bar sales, staffing requests, set-up assistance, additional furniture and decor requests, peripheral area usage such as kitchen, rooftop, etc, so basically speaking all of the things adding to the overall 'impact to the space'.
