The space includes a large control room and spacious booth with high loft style ceilings and cathedral windows that overlook Queen St W. There is also a large back patio for your use.

The house rules vary booking to booking but we can almost always cater to your needs and requests. Please message me the details of your booking and what you are looking to use the space for and we can go from there.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved if needed as long as it is put back after. Please do not remove anything from the walls. Please let me know what you intend to move and where ahead of time.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 cameras. One in the stairway on the way up to the studio and one in the hallway. None inside the studio itself.
