About this space

Our design focused space has over 8,000 sq.ft on the main floor with 4 washrooms, a cafe kitchen fully equipped with appliances, 16 foot ceilings and tons of northern natural light. Wall murals, colors and banquettes line the space and give off a fun and light hearted energy and vibe.

It is perfect for birthday parties, wedding celebrations, baby/bridal showers, corporate events, family reunions, filming, & so much more!

The staff were amazing and wonderful to work with! They were so well organized and kind, they worked hard to make sure the event was perfect and we were supported like friends. The venue is gorgeous and so clean and well kept. The location was perfect as it had ample parking, close to the 401 highway and not in an overly crowded area. I absolutely loved planning the event as much as the event itself. It was a perfect planning experience with this venue and the staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning any type of event with 100 people or under. This venue is so versatile. I had a big birthday party but I can see it for baby showers, bridal showers, evening socials, nightlife events or even corporate events. The venue combined with the amazing staff make this number one and top of the list for me when booking venues for any event.

We hosted an event for 56 people at The Collective Workspace and would highly recommend it to others! The staff was very helpful with our many questions leading up to the event as well as supporting during set up & tear down. We also appreciated that they took the time to set up the space as we had requested beforehand, saving us set-up time upon arrival. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the space. We appreciated that they were able to secure a ramp for the one step at the entrance, making the space fully accessible for a guest in a wheelchair.

It was a bit snug with 7 tables set up for everyone to sit at (we brought in a few tables & chairs above & beyond what the venue had), but it worked.

We had an amazing baby shower at the collective workspace. Perfect gathering space for a group of a 100+


The Collective Workspace is a bright and versatile space. Our design focused workspace has over 8,000 sq.ft on the main floor with 4 washrooms, a cafe kitchen fully equipped with appliances, 16 foot ceilings and tons of northern natural light.

Wall murals, colors and banquettes line the space and give off a fun and light hearted energy and vibe.
Space can be transformed to suite event or filming needs.
