Our studio is a non-hot studio for our hot and non-hot Yoga, Pilates, Body Sculpt, and other fitness classes.

It is available for private rental, perfect for your own wellness events or classes.

We are located in a small picturesque business village in the heart of Mississauga.

Our Instructors and staff are friendly, approachable, experienced, and trained to help students learn.
