About this space
This "Smart Space” is easily controlled by an iPad to operate amenities such as; heating/air-conditioning, lights, sounds, entertainment system & window blinds. Accessible aux cord and HDMI output are available.
You have access to unlimited Wifi, local cable, and Apple TV, as well as many music platforms such as; Spotify, Tidal, and Apple Music services for your listening entertainment. The audio and video system powers 2 TVs and a projector with an automatic 22' projector screen. This system also powers ceiling speakers and subwoofer to produce great quality sounds for events such as; Video showings, movies, sports viewing, music events, & much much more.
The pot lights on the floating ceilings light up the space and the lighting system is dimmable, to give patrons and their events a calm ambiance. The contemporary LED chandeliers create a unique beautiful sophisticated but modern look to our venue. The colorful LED strips create a festive mood with many types of light displays & the lighting system creates a laser light show giving you that club vibe when you're ready to shake your body.
The venue has large, blank feature walls ready for the end user’s customization. Those customers looking to set up a gallery for their artwork and or displays will love and enjoy our space. The venue is equipped with a kitchenette space. which includes a large fridge with a freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, & kettle to warm water for tea. We are also equipped with a coat room so patrons may store their coats and jackets so they are out of the way while enjoying their event.
The event space is centrally located in the Weston Neighbourhood and is accessible by major highways (hwy 400, 401, & 427), TTC, GO, & U.P. train services. You can also enjoy free parking if you wish to drive and the venue is fully accessible, for all patrons who may have impairment or disabilities.

Host rules
- Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they received it. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves.
- Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours.
- Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
- There is no smoking allowed in the space.
