The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes or rehearsals is 25$ per hour.
For PARTIES and EVENTS with more than 20 people:
These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc.
(Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people)
Policies
** Bookings are prioritized by deposits or payments and we cannot reserve availabilities.
** Pre-booking viewings are possible by appointment, contact us for availability.
Must Agree to the Following Conditions:
You are responsible for any damages or missing items by you or your guest.
No Smoking inside our facilities.
No underage drinking.
No illegal activities within.
No physical abuse or fighting.
No dangerous behavior.
Be respectful to the staff.
Clean any major messes you create.
Do not disturb or leave any mess at any nearby plaza units.
