Host rules
- Do not drag furniture
- Return furniture to where you found it
- Respect booking time
- Keep noise to a reasonable level
- No smoking or drug use in the space
- Forbidden to shoot anything that is violent, racist, discriminatory, harassing, pornography, or other content deemed inappropriate
- No use of sparkles, glitter, confetti, or anything of a similar nature in the studio space or open flames
USE OF GLITTER/CONFETTI COULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL $50 CLEANING FEE
- Any vomit will result in additional $50 cleaning fee
- No Mosh pitting
- No elevator access. Penthouse at Clubhouse is on the 4th floor, Luxe Lounge is on the 3rd floor.
- You are required to bring your SOP if you are planning to consume alcohol in the space. Please use the link below.

Great atmosphere and location. Emily was quick to response and helped with everything that we needed.
Emily and Her team are extremely friendly and hospitable and did an incredible job setting up the venue and ensuring that my event guests and I were comfortable and had everything we needed to have an amazing night. The space was everything we needed, and definitely worth the price.

Our space is a creative lifestyle studio space meant for events both social and corporate and also available for photoshoots, videographers, and content creators.
Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, we have created a stunning and cozy place that would fit 100 people. It's a slightly tropical ambiance that is both relaxing on the lounge side and energizing on the fitness side.
