4. No physical abuse on the property
5. No kids under 12 to be in the pool unsupervised
6. Pets are allowed (you required to let the manager know)
7. No alcohol unless you got the private event liquor AGCO license (~$50)
8. Person renting out the property is responsible for everyone and everything on this property while staying there for a rental term.
