For parties and events, it's custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc.

(1) Two audio recording booths in our professional recording room.
(2) a 20ft*20ft (400 sqft) dance room with double mirrors, a mixer / full sound system, gym padding available, cool disco lights.
(3) a 21ft*15ft (315sqft) gathering / screening room with full sound system, projector and screen, green screen set up, lighting for photography and filming, loveseat and couch.
(4) kitchen area with multiple countertops, 2 small refrigerators, sink, electric stove, microwave oven, and a futon.
