Studio loft with luxurious blend of opulence and drama - the Oak Room is the larger of our two studio spaces offered with décor that has been carefully chosen to add flair to your photos and videos, without pulling focus. The stunning all-white ambience will give your creative project a clean, timeless, and elevated feel.
With its spacious 900 sq.ft., this studio offers ample room for your photography needs. The 12ft ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere, allowing for versatile shooting angles and the perfect backdrop for your subjects.
Whether you're planning an intimate photoshoot or hosting a larger gathering, our studio can accommodate up to 40 guests comfortably. Capture memorable moments against the backdrop of our unique decor, which adds a touch of rustic charm to every frame.
The studio is equipped with essential props and furniture to enhance your shoot. A rustic ladder provides a picturesque element, while the off-white sofa chair offers a cozy spot for posing. Additionally, three wooden stools can be used for a variety of creative setups. For added convenience, there is a large standing mirror available for last-minute touch-ups and self-portraits.
We understand the importance of having all the necessary amenities, which is why our studio includes a makeup table, change room, and reception area. These features ensure that you and your guests can comfortably prepare for the shoot and have a dedicated space to relax and socialize.
Parking is never a concern, as we offer five designated parking spots exclusively for our clients. Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Toronto, our studio provides easy access to the vibrant city while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for your creative endeavors.

Host rules
There is no elevator in this building. We are located on the second floor and can only be accessed via stairs.
Washrooms are available down the hall from the unit, and are shared with other users of the building.
Food/drinks are not permitted inside the studio space. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all messes/garbage cleaned up. Do not attach anything to the walls.
The studio is not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music.
There are 24/7 security cameras installed in all common areas.
If there are damages to the walls, fixtures, furniture, floor, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the item.
Unapproved overtime will result in additional charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
