Plan and host your special event at the newly renovated art studio at 15 Brandon Avenue, in the heart of Downtown Toronto!
There are two connected studios, ranging from 2,500 to 6,000 sqft, available for rental. The capacity of each studio is about 300 to 500 guests. Each industrial rustic-styled and high-ceiling room features ample pot lights and floating LED lights, making it perfectly illuminated during the day and night.
For parking, there are 8 free parking spaces at our parking lot and plentiful street parking spots nearby. The space is wheelchair accessible.

Rental hours are until 11 pm including set up and tear down. Must require event liability insurance and Special Occasion Permit for alcohol serving (not require for a private event).
Since our space is located in a residential area, we could only accept an event that plays any music at a moderate volume.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
