About Roll This Way
After moving back to his hometown of Toronto, Chef John Hoffmann attended culinary school to strengthen his knowledge. Soon he was traveling across Canada with Cirque du Soleil, feeding thousands of VIP clientele, further honing his skills.
In 2017, his wife joined the team and helped to open RollthisWay’s first Sushi Bar at the prestigious Windermere House in Muskoka. In 2018, The Thompson Hotel Rooftop was home to their second residency.
Today, after hundreds of weddings, corporate lunches, bar mitzvahs, bachelorettes, and birthdays, our team of skilled chefs is eager to make your next event one for the books.
