Our Neon/Bright Royal Film Studio is a captivating space designed for your video and photo productions. With 2300 square feet of possibilities, our studio offers an immersive experience, complete with an in-house Prop Car and an array of versatile sets and props.
We understand the importance of flexibility, so we provide a variety of sets and props to accommodate your unique vision. Our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment means that we do not accept explicit content or violence-related material, as we share the space with a kids' dance school.
For those inquiring about music videos in a similar genre, we invite you to share links to your production company's work and the artist's social media for consideration.
The studio offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance your creative process. These include 20ft high ceilings, 10+ camera-ready corners, 20+ movable props, and an entertainment zone where you can take a break and recharge with our Pac-Man arcade and Nintendo, adding a playful touch to your shooting breaks. We also have smart lighting control, which allows you to control every light in the studio with a Google Home located at the center of the studio, allowing you to set the perfect mood for your productions.
Additionally, we provide a comfortable sitting area and makeup zone, as well as a garage door for easy load-in. Please note that the renter is responsible for providing a bed truck at their own expense.
