At The Unity Studio, we are an inclusive, positive space, founded on sacred principles. The Unity Studio is a modern, open-concept venue that feels intimate and cosy while providing a unique high-end space for your event.

Our magnetic open-concept venue is perfect for Private Parties, Corporate Mixers, Adult Birthday Parties, Fundraisers, Concerts, Karaoke Parties, Dance Parties, Stand-up Comedy Nights, CD Release Parties & more!

Our beautiful entrance welcomes your guests with a full reception area - with an open concept main floor and an intimate seating area on our upper balcony, plus a private lounge upstairs. Skylights add volumes of natural light and a massive velvet curtain over our south-facing wall creates a natural stage - tuned upright piano with a full sound system PA System (iPhone enabled), cordless microphone, DI Box, & midi keyboard. Amazing for your dance party! The space also has a projector and white wall.

You design & create your own event. We offer space for you to gather with lots of space to mingle, with resting and seating zones throughout the space, including a full kitchen - dishwasher, stove, range, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Our laundry room even provides a huge artists sink, and a washer and dryer.

Furnishing may be moved - PLEASE CONSULT VENUE if you plan to MOVE ART WORK or FRONT DESK.

We offer referrals to our in-house DJ (Vinyl or Digital), and also have an in-house a Jazz Ensemble if desired (1-5 players) Inquire for more details.

This venue provides an accessible entrance, air conditioning, casual plates and glassware, coat racks, evening parking, banquet chairs (30), front and rear doors, a floor-to-ceiling rolling garage door, front desk, HEPA filter, two gender-neutral single bathrooms (one accessible and one upstairs), and free WiFi.

Fee $300 per hour- non-negotiable- serious offers only please.
Upstairs private lounge / green room / bridal suite - extra ($250 per rental)
Cleaning fee of $240 per rental.

- Must attain a special events license to serve alcohol at your event from the AGCO website - simple process - responsible for the fee.
- 30 Banquet chairs available and three folding tables - all other rentals must be outsourced
- The space must be fully cleaned up and returned to the original layout
- Security Cameras inside and outside space will be active
- Standard 30-day cancellation policy
- All garbage is to be taken out to the on-site area by the renter prior to leaving the venue

Ciara is a great host who was nice enough to show me around her beautiful space. It is quite a large area with a lot of personality; very well furnished and great placements. This space is very versatile - whether hosting a dinner party or full on party. Ciara was very accessible in the weeks and days leading up to my event, and quite pleasant to meet. I would definitely come back!

Ciara was an amazing host. She manages a great multi use venue and she is very kind, helpful and responsive. She took the time to walk me through her incredible sound equipment and she has a projector available. She took time out of her day to figure it how to meet the needs for my party. There is even a kitchen available. I appreciate her help and would highly recommend this venue for your next event. It has as great sound system and great ambience.

This spacious loft includes a large kitchen with ample counter space, a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a large sink, two washrooms (one including a shower), a washer/dryer, an office/greenroom/bridal suite space, and plenty of seating. The entrance is also accessible with an accessible washroom.

This space can be used for private and corporate events, birthday parties, cooking demonstrations/classes, community dinners, open mic nights, small wedding ceremonies, performances, photoshoots and much more.
