This beautiful space offers a brightly lit 1800 sqft. space with a large cyclorama wall in the heart of downtown just steps away from CTV (formerly Much Music), designed with the unique needs of Toronto creatives in mind.

Our space is perfect to host your next event whether big or small. We’ve hosted everything such as podcasts, yoga events, birthdays, baby showers, engagements and even small weddings. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

The venue comes with a selection of carefully curated trendy furniture pieces to create a decor that serves as a unique playground for photographers and artists, as well as equipment suitable for all types of photoshoots – wedding parties, bridal, maternity, family, kids, pets, editorial, product, fashion, or commercial. We’ve got all the details covered so you can relax and concentrate on your artistic vision!

I am writing this review in the hopes that it will help any event planners or businesses trying to decide whether this space will work for their important event(s). I highly recommend this space and rarely offer reviews, but feel this great find and service was top notch, so I should make the exception and leave an honest and thorough review. The space can fit 80 comfortably. I had 30+ attendees, plus 10 staff members, fully and comfortably seated, with a drinks table and the entire bar for buffet of breakfast and lunch. The rent was extremely good value and the space showed well for 30+ guests flying in, or driving in excess of 3 hours to take a VIP jewellery course with our company. I have posted clippits of the event and from this you can get an idea of the space. However, Andy was very professional and generous with his offered for us to see the space for 10 minutes to take measurements for planning. BYOB and outiside catering is allowed - without any hassle or need for them to make a cut; chairs and tables can be rented at ridiculously low prices to cover the cost of having someone bring them up the stairs! The sound system and large screen TV were excellent tools to have. I would definitely rent this space again, including for personal bashes. It is bright, versatile and has a cozy chic vibe.

The Host is friendly and helpful. Response time and flexibility was great. Nice and spacious Venue. Provided additional equipment. Overall loved my experience and I can see myself booking again.

About Shvrk Studio Queen W

We provide a well-lit 1800 sqft. space in downtown Toronto, conveniently located near CTV (formerly Much Music).

Specifically designed for the needs of Toronto creatives, our studio includes thoughtfully selected furniture for a unique ambiance. It caters to photographers and artists, offering a diverse range of studio equipment suitable for various shoots such as weddings, maternity, family, pets, editorial, product, fashion, or commercial. With carefully curated details, we aim to ensure that you can focus on your artistic vision without worrying about the logistics.


OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Tagvenue
