The industrial and spacious venue comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests for a seated dinner or 350 guests for a standing event. With ample pot lights and minimalistic floating panel lights, the venue is perfectly illuminated during the day and night.
For parking, there are 8 free parking spaces at our parking lot and plentiful street parking spots nearby. The space is wheelchair accessible.

This unique studio is one of the two studios at 15 Brandon Ave. It offers a sophisticated space to create unforgettable moments with a backdrop of vibrant artworks. Stage your receptions, pop-up shops, business meetings, workshops, classes, cocktail receptions, birthday parties, art exhibitions, social and corporate events as well as photo and film productions.
