Valentine’s Love Nest Setup (Feb 1-15): Please note that from February 1st to 15th, the studio will feature a dedicated Valentine’s Love Nest setup.
During this time:
- Backdrop usage will not be available.
- The setup is fixed and cannot be moved, adjusted, or altered in any way to maintain the integrity of the setup.
We are a 750 sq ft south-facing studio loft, in the heart of downtown Toronto, Our space’s most resounding feature is the brilliant natural light which floods through it, along with backdrop stands available for any kind of shoot.
Our 14 ft ceilings, white floors and clean decor style help compliment the natural light to create a beautiful and bright space. We also have plenty of texture in our space which includes original brick walls, exposed beams, exposed piping, a plastered wet-bar and fireplace.
We’ve taken the New York loft style dream mixed with a traditional photo studio and gave it a modern twist.
NATURAL LIGHT
While the light inevitably shifts throughout the day, we recommend booking during an appropriate time of day for the light you’re looking for. Although we are pretty great, we unfortunately haven’t yet figured out how to control the sun, so please use your best judgement while booking (or send us a message if you're curious about the best time of the day for the type of lighting you'll need for your shoot).
DECOR
We deeply value excellent art & design. Our space is home to an array of beautifully designed furniture, decor, and props for your use. Please do not move anything.
OVERTIME
Overtime is billed at 1.5X your rate in 30-minute increments. Ensure your booking accounts for setup and tear-down.

No filming in hallways/outside of unit.
Not Pet friendly unit (please discuss/contact prior).
Absolutely no glitter or confetti in the studio.
No smoking of any kind in the studio.
Mixed-use building: please be mindful of noise levels.
Security cameras – the unit is monitored by four security cameras only in the main area (there are no cameras in the bathroom.)
No outside shoes. Please bring indoor shoes to be worn in the studio space, and leave outdoor shoes in the entryway area.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
