Loft Studio at Gezellig Studios
About this space
Located in a former Storage Building, our best features include 10-foot ceilings with tons of natural south-facing light exposure and CN Tower Views. The building also has a functioning freight elevator and an individual-use elevator. The studio comes with lights, modifiers, decor, and backdrops available. The studio has 40 white padded chairs on hand and can rent more.
With its 1600 sqft size, it's perfect for large gatherings (art events, bridal/baby showers, fitness classes) with ample room for extra seating, catering, etc.
Events have capacity limitations based on the type of event:
- exercise class (yoga, mat pilates, etc.) has a maximum size of 20-25 people
- fully seated events (dinner parties, events with tables and chairs) have a maximum capacity of 45 people
- seated/standing mix has a maximum capacity of 50 people
- fully standing has a maximum capacity of 70, with a guest list required for the host and member of a party at the main door to help with the flow of people

The amenities include a convenient freight elevator, a kitchenette, and washrooms on the floor, making it a versatile choice for various occasions. We have several backdrops, lights, and modifiers available on hand for no extra charge.
If you're interested in hosting an event with us, we are more than happy to make it come to life! With a seating capacity of up to 50 guests and a standing capacity of 70, this venue provides a flexible layout. Additionally, tables and chairs are available for rent to accommodate your event needs perfectly.
